well my advice would be to do your part of work, what your mind and heart says without thinking much on what others are doing or thinking. That lets you be happy as you know you are doing the correct thing. Why waste your mind in thinking about what others think or do? Why spoil our own mood for the sake of others behavior?
Nice post to start on....:)
